After the events of the I AM NUMBER FOUR series, a supernatural entity released into earth, giving random teens legacies, which are powers that are usually correlated to one's personality or what they do every day. The major governments of the world created a school for these kids to go to to learn and practice their legacies in a safe environment. But there are other people out there that think these kids are abominations and should be killed, or organizations that seek to use their powers for profit. What happens when these other people get a hold of these kids? This book is good at engaging the reader, relating to teens, and showing that even though these kids have supernatural abilities, they still deal with problems that everybody else deals with. You would like this book if you like Sci-fi, especially if you read and liked the I AM NUMBER FOUR series.
