Student Review: The Enemy (The Enemy, Bk1) by Charlie Higson

A disease wipes the earth but it only seems to affect those above sixteen years old. Everyone who catches it either dies or is turned into a flesh-craving maniac. These people slowly become more and more disfigured and crazy. Our story follows the POV of a group of kids living in a supermarket who need to survive in this rough, adult-free world. I would recommend that others read this book if you are looking for a dystopian thriller. It is fairly gruesome and violent and if you like that kind of thing I definitely recommend checking it out.
