Maddie Fynn is a high-schooler, who has an eerie ability to see the death dates on the foreheads of each person she encounters. She doesn't know how they will die but only when they will. Forced by her alcoholic mother, she has to use her ability to make some extra money. One day she tells the death date of a client's son. When the boy goes missing on that exact date, law enforcement turns to Maddie. Soon, Maddie is entangled in a homicide investigation, and more young people disappear and are later found murdered. Maddie becomes a suspect for the investigation, a target for the murderer, and attracts the attentions of a mysterious young admirer who may be connected to it all. This book is very thrilling and exciting; it has many situations where the plot can go many different ways which makes you want to keep reading to find out. Also there are many cliff hangers and left out bits that at the end come together to make the picture clear. You would like this book if you like thriller or suspenseful books. Also this book contains some mystery aspects so mystery lovers will enjoy this book.
