Faculty & Staff Technology Return

DragonLibrary will be collecting technology from the faculty& staff on Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 1:30 - 4:00 PM and Friday, May 24th from 8:15 AM to 12:00 PM. Instructions for reviewing library accounts in order to know what has been checked out are available at HERE.

Laptop Carts

• If you have laptop carts, return the keys to the library.

Laptops & DVD Drives

• Please complete this equipment form.

• If you will be returning next year, then you do NOT need to bring your laptop & DVD drive to the library.

• If you will NOT be returning next year, then please return your laptop & DVD drive to the library as part of your check-out procedures. Be sure to label the laptop and the bag with your department name and the class(es) you teach. 

Interactive Pens & Turning Point Systems

• If you will be returning next year, then you do NOT need to bring your interactive pen and Turning Point to the library unless they need to be repaired. Instead, please complete this equipment form with the appropriate information and make sure that the Turning Point system as well as the interactive pen & all of it’s accoutrement—rechargable batteries & battery charger (1500/2500 Wings)—are lock up. Be sure to make a note of their locations for next year.

• If you will NOT be returning next year, then please return your Turning Point system and the interactive pen to the library as part of your check-out procedures. 

Document Cameras, Remotes, Data Projectors, & Audio Cables

As document cameras, remotes, data projectors, and audio cables will now remain in the room where they’re housed, please do NOT return them to the library unless they need to be repaired. Instead, please complete this equipment form with the appropriate information and make sure that the doc cam and all of it’s accoutrement—power cable, VGA cable, USB/Doc Cam cable, & remote (if applicable)—can be easily found in your room for summer school/PD training. Please leave this equipment on the desk; do NOT lock it up!!

Check List:

• Return laptop cart keys to DragonLibrary (if applicable)
• Leave audio cable in the room 
• Leave the Data Projector in the room. Be sure it has the Power Cable, VGA Cable , & Remote
• Leave the remotes in the room (if applicable) 
• Leave interactive pen LOCKED UP in the room (if applicable) 
• Leave Turning Point system LOCKED UP in the room (if applicable) 
• Check your account for miscellaneous equipment
