Student Review: A Game of Thrones [A Song of Fire and Ice by George R. R. Martin

Cover from RRHS catalog

In a land where summers can last decades and winters a lifetime, trouble is coming. As the days grow sorter and the nights longer, sinister creatures are amassing beyond the kingdom's northern wall. At the center of the conflict, there lies the Stark family, as cold and harsh as the winter that lies ahead. Here is the tale of lords and ladies, of knights and sorcerers, and of victory and tragedy. Winter is coming. I recommend this book as it is fast paced and very entertaining; the book will always keep you on your feet and has surprises around every corner; this is, all in all, an extremely appetizing and amazing story . You would like this book if you like fantasy, mideval settings, thrillers, fast paced books, or the Lord of the Rings series.
