When fifteen year old Clary went to a club in New York, she was not expecting to meet a group of teenagers with tattoos... all over their body... killing a demon. She finds out they are called Shadowhunters, and one of the Shadowhunters thinks Clary might be one of their kind. Her life is about to be flipped around. I recommend this book because it's a book that you can't put down once you pick it up. It is also a book that anyone can read because the plot is very appealing to everybody no matter what genre you like. The whole series completely draws you in and takes you through an amazing adventure. You would like this book if you like… Harry Potter, Six Of Crows, or Sarah J Maas' books.
