This book takes place in the early 1940's during WWII at a concentration camp. Based around a boy,Elie, and his father surviving the great fears of being a Jew in a concentration camp. I strongly suggest people read this book because people look at the Holocaust and think that it is fake or over dramatized, but this book takes you through what really did happen. You would like this book if you like… survival, war, Holocaust, dramatic, horror kind of books.
