A Texas man was arrested last week for failing to return a three-year overdue library book. Albeit the judge acknowledged that "[n]obody wants to get arrested over a library book. The other side of that is people that go to [the] library and can’t have these materials, they’re put out too,” In the end, a copy of the overdue book was found back on the shelf .... with the perpetrator's library card inside.
